About Board of Secondary Education, MP (MPBSE)

The MP Board of School Education was set up as per the 1973 MPBSE Act. The board controls regulate and look after the matters associated with school education in the state of Meghalaya. It also conducts examinations for secondary school leaving certificate for aspirants. The Meghalaya education board also endows regular as well as distance education to the aspirants from class 8th to 12th for the schools that are conducted/related to MPBSE board mp. MPBSE It executes and governs various activities that include devising of courses of study, prescribing subject details, conducting examinations, granting relations between to colleges. MPBSE also confer direction, support, and leadership for all educational institutions under its council.

MP Board Last Year Pass Percentage data

As per the pass percentage trend of MP Board results for class 10 and 12 in the last 2 years, it is very clear that none of the classes were able to achieve 70% marks in the overall pass percentage, As per the MP Board class 10 results statistics for the year 2018, we can clearly see that the pass percentage is just above 50%, i.e. 51.78% to be specific, In 2019, the pass percentage went down even further and was 49.86%.
